At YAGI, all items are handled by our dedicated shipping team using trusted courier partners: Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL.

We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

🇬🇧 UNITED KINGDOM (UK) SHIPPING:

£5.99 – Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
£9.99 – Next Day Delivery: Order before 2PM, delivered next working day
£12.99 – Premium Saturday Delivery: Order before 2PM Friday for Saturday delivery

🇺🇸 USA & 🇪🇺 EUROPE:

📦 RETURNS SHIPPING INFO:

If you’re looking to return an item, please refer to our Returns Portal to begin your request.

International Returns: A return label will be provided once your return is approved and the applicable flat return fee is paid.
UK Returns: You’ll receive return instructions and the address once your request is approved.

⚠️ Do not send returns without approval or without a YAGI-provided return label. This may cause customs delays or rejected parcels.

🌐 CUSTOMS & DUTIES POLICY:

Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery by your country’s customs authority.

If customs fees are not paid in time, your parcel may be returned to YAGI WRLD.
In this case, we will issue a refund for the item(s) only – shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you paid customs and the parcel was still returned, you may be eligible for a refund of those charges via DHL or your local customs office.

YAGI WRLD is not responsible for delays or costs caused by unpaid customs fees.
