📦 YAGI WRLD RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY

We understand that clothing fits differently on each individual and want you to love your purchase. We're happy to assist with size or fit advice before ordering – just drop us an email at sales@y-gi.com.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy:
All sales are final. However, if you need to request an exchange or return within 14 days of purchase, please ensure the item is:

✔️ Unworn
-
✔️ Unwashed
-
✔️ In original packaging
-
✔️ Free from makeup, tan, perfume or damage
For hygiene reasons, any returns that fail our quality check cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Please note:

❌ We do not accept returns outside of the 14-day window.

🧾 VIRTUAL QUALITY CHECK – REQUIRED FOR RETURNS:
Before your return can be approved, you must pass our Virtual Quality Check by uploading the following via the return portal:

📸 A full image of the item in its original, unworn condition

🔖 A clear image of the security tag attached to the item
-
🗓️ A photo with today’s date written on a piece of paper placed next to the item (or a time-stamped photo)
Returns will not be approved without this step.
🌍 ALL RETURNS (UK & INTERNATIONAL)
All return shipping, both within the UK and internationally, is the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been approved, you will be provided with the return address.
You must ship your item using a courier of your choice, and clearly label your parcel with:

Your full name

Your order number
⚠️ INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (Non-UK)

You must prepay all customs and duties. If these are not prepaid, your parcel may be returned to you by customs.

We do not accept international exchanges.

Do not send your item without approval and tracking details – this causes customs delays and refusals.
🇬🇧 UK RETURNS
Once your return is approved:

You will be given the return address.

You must ship the item using your own courier.

Make sure the parcel is clearly marked with your name and order number.
🛑 FINAL NOTES

Return requests are approved within 2–3 business days (after the virtual quality check).

Refunds or exchanges are processed only after items pass our physical quality inspection upon arrival.

Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty or an error occurred on our part.
