📦 YAGI WRLD RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY

We understand that clothing fits differently on each individual and want you to love your purchase. We're happy to assist with size or fit advice before ordering – just drop us an email at sales@y-gi.com or consult our [Size Guide].


🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy:

All sales are final. However, if you need to request an exchange or return within 14 days of purchase, please ensure the item is:
✔️ Unworn
✔️ Unwashed
✔️ In original packaging
✔️ Free from makeup, tan, perfume or damage

For hygiene reasons, any returns that fail our quality check cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Please note:
We do not accept returns outside of the 14-day window.

🧾 VIRTUAL QUALITY CHECK – REQUIRED FOR RETURNS:

Before your return can be approved, you must pass our Virtual Quality Check by uploading the following via the return portal:

  1. 📸 A full image of the item in its original, unworn condition.

  2. 🔖 A clear image of the security tag attached to the item.

  3. 🗓️ A photo with today’s date written on a piece of paper placed next to the item (or use a camera roll time stamp).

Returns will not be approved without this step.


🌍 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (Non-UK):

If you are returning from outside the UK, you must use the return label we provide.
Once your return is approved, you will be charged a flat return fee through the portal, which covers the cost of your return label and all customs/duties:

  • USA: £35

  • EUROPE: £33

  • AUSTRALIA, CANADA, NEW ZEALAND & REST OF WORLD: £45

After payment, your return label will be emailed to you.
📬 If you do not receive your label within 24 hours of approval, please contact sales@y-gi.com.

⚠️ Do not ship your item before receiving our label – this helps avoid delays or customs complications.


🇬🇧 UK RETURNS:

If you are returning your order from within the UK, you will be provided with the return address after your return has been approved.

You are welcome to use a courier of your choice once the address is shared.

📦 Don’t forget: clearly mark your parcel with your full name and order number so we can process your return without delay.


🛑 FINAL NOTES:

  • Return requests are approved within 1–2 business days (after virtual quality check).

  • Refunds or exchanges are processed only after items pass physical quality check upon arrival.

  • Return shipping costs are not refundable, unless the item is faulty or an error occurred on our part.
