At YAGI, we want every piece to feel like it was made for you.

✈️ SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

All currency conversions are approximate.

📝 Delivery notes: Transit times are estimates and can vary due to customs, courier delays, or local restrictions.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your YAGI pieces.
While all sales are final, returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if your item is:

• 👕 Unworn and unwashed

• 📦 In original packaging

• 💄 Free from makeup, tan, perfume, or damage

❌ Returns outside 14 days won’t be accepted.
❌ Items failing our quality check can’t be refunded or exchanged.

To start a return, use our Returns Portal or email 📩 sales@y-gi.com.

🪄 VIRTUAL QUALITY CHECK (Required)

Please upload:

• 🖼 A full image of the unworn item

• 🏷 A clear image of the security tag attached

• 📅 A dated photo with today’s date on paper next to the item (or a time-stamped image)

🚫 Returns without these images can’t be processed.

📦 SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

🌍 UK & INTERNATIONAL

• Customers cover return shipping costs.

• Once approved, we’ll share the return address.

• Clearly label your parcel with your Full Name and Order Number.

✈️ INTERNATIONAL (non-UK)

• Customs/duties must be prepaid.

• Unpaid duties may return the parcel to sender.

• International exchanges aren’t accepted.

• ❌ Don’t ship items without approval — untracked parcels may be refused.

🇬🇧 UK RETURNS

• We’ll provide the return address once approved.

• Use your preferred courier and include your name + order number on the parcel.

📝 FINAL NOTES

• Returns are reviewed within 2–3 business days after virtual check approval.

• Refunds/exchanges are issued only after physical inspection.

• Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
