All USA orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Customers are not expected to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.

To improve delivery times and efficiency within the United States, YAGI WRLD may use SAMOS Logistics for U.S. shipments.
SAMOS is a cross-border logistics provider that specialises in:
Importing goods into the U.S. under DDP terms
Handling customs clearance on arrival
Injecting parcels into domestic U.S. courier networks for final delivery
Depending on your order, your parcel may be delivered by DHL, SAMOS, or a partnered domestic U.S. courier.

We have recently updated our shipping process so that applicable U.S. import duties and taxes are calculated and handled upfront. However, some orders shipped prior to this update may still be processed under the previous structure. In rare cases, customs authorities or carriers may mistakenly request additional payment. [YG-4] DELIVERY TERMS & LIABILITY
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier.
If a customer selects or allows:
Signature release
Leave in a safe place
Delivery without signature
YAGI WRLD is not liable for any loss, theft, or missing parcels after confirmed delivery. In such cases, no refunds or replacements will be issued.
Delivery confirmation, GPS tracking, and courier proof of delivery are considered valid evidence of successful fulfilment.
[YG-5] CUSTOMS & DUTIES (NON-USA ORDERS)
For destinations outside the United States, international orders may incur customs fees, import duties, or taxes as determined solely by your local customs authority.
These charges are set by your government and do not go to YAGI WRLD.
By placing an order, the customer accepts full responsibility for any such fees.
If a parcel is refused, held, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, all courier, handling, and return fees will be deducted from any refund due.
[YG-6] RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if items are:
Unworn
Unwashed
Unused
Free from stains, makeup, tan, deodorant or perfume
Security tags intact
Submitted through the Returns Portal
FINAL SALE ITEMS — including Black Friday / Cyber Monday — are not returnable
Returns not received at our warehouse are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
DISCOUNTED ITEMS & PROMOTIONS Any items purchased at a discounted price (including use of a discount code or during a site-wide sale) are NON-refundable. In the event of a return request or any other issue regarding the garment, these items are eligible for Store Credit (Gift Card) only. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding manufacturing faults.
FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery and submit your claim through our Returns Portal, including clear photographic evidence.
Once approved, you will be offered either:
- A replacement (reshipment) of the item, or
- A store credit (gift card) to repurchase
Please note:
- We do not issue refunds for faulty or damaged items
- Items must still be returned if requested as part of the claims process
- Claims submitted outside of the required timeframe may not be accepted

Photo of unworn item
Photo of security tag
Photo of packaging
Photo with written date visible
Reason for return
Returns without required evidence cannot be approved.

All international returns must use a prepaid Return Label (Generic).

Once purchased, your return label will be emailed to you within 24 hours along with the required commercial invoice. Both must be printed and attached to your parcel.
Do not use your own return method, as this may result in customs delays, failed delivery, or rejection at our warehouse.
[YG-9] REFUND APPROVAL
Refunds are processed once the item has arrived at our warehouse, passed inspection, and matches the virtual return submission.
Return shipping fees are not refundable unless we sent the wrong or defective item.
[YG-10] PAYMENTS, KLARNA, CLEARPAY & DISPUTES
By completing a purchase using Klarna, Clearpay, or any other payment provider, you agree to YAGI WRLD’s shipping, returns, and refund policies.
Customers must contact YAGI WRLD directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Opening a dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may be considered a breach of our terms.
Where a dispute is raised, YAGI WRLD reserves the right to provide:
Proof of delivery (including GPS and delivery confirmation)
Order confirmation and payment authorisation
Customer communication history
Evidence of return policy agreement at checkout
Claims relating to:
Items not fitting
Change of mind
Delayed delivery within stated timeframes
Do not qualify as valid chargeback reasons.
False claims, fraudulent disputes, or attempts to retain goods while obtaining a refund may be escalated to relevant financial fraud prevention agencies.
[YG-11] ORDER SECURITY VERIFICATION
To protect against unauthorised transactions, YAGI WRLD may carry out additional security checks on selected orders prior to dispatch.
You may be asked to provide:
A valid photo ID matching the billing name or shipping recipient
An image of the payment card used showing the last 4 digits only (with all other digits covered and the CVV not visible)
