Here is the Shipping schedule for all worldwide couriers (DHL/DPD at our Warehouse)

• Wed 24 Dec (Christmas Eve) – Open til 12pm
• Thu 25 Dec (Christmas Day) – Closed
• Fri 26 Dec (Boxing Day) – Closed
• Mon 29 Dec –  Shipping as normal
• Tue 30 Dec –  Shipping as normal
• Wed 31 Dec (New Year’s Eve) – Open til 12pm
• Thu 1 Jan (New Year’s Day) – Closed
• Fri 2nd Jan -  Shipping as normal

Please be aware delivery times may be affected during the Christmas period. 

Please note, due to the hectic period of Christmas/New Year, all Returns and Exchanges from this period, will be processed in the first week of January 2026.

Customs & Duties

International orders may incur customs fees, import duties, or taxes as determined solely by your home country’s customs authority laws.

These charges are set by your government and do not go to Yagi Wrld, and we do not receive the funds.

By placing an order, the customer accepts full responsibility for any such fees.

If a parcel is refused, held, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, all courier, handling, and return fees will be deducted from any refund due.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES (STANDARD POLICY)

You may request a return of eligible items within 14 days of delivery, if they are:

✔ unworn
✔ unwashed
✔ unused
✔ free from stains, makeup, tan, deodorant, perfume
✔ returns requested through the Returns Portal
✔ security tags intact

❗ FINAL SALE ITEMS — including all Black Friday / Cyber Monday purchases — are not returnable

• All Black Friday & Cyber Monday purchases are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange — except in cases of damage or incorrect shipment*.
  Exchanges only are accepted within 14 days of receiving shipment, in the event of size, style or item change reason only.

🪄 VIRTUAL QUALITY CHECK (REQUIRED)

All return requests must be validated before approval.

You must upload:

• photo of the unworn item

• photo of security tag

• photo of the packaging

• photo with written date visible

• reason for return

Returns without evidence cannot be approved.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (outside UK)

All international returns must use a prepaid DHL return label.

This ensures:

✔ proper customs documentation
✔ full duties prepaid
✔ secure return transit
✔ no risk of being returned or destroyed
✔ timely processing

Within 24 hours, you’ll receive:

📩 Your DHL shipping label
📄 Your commercial invoice

Both must be printed and attached to the parcel.
Failure to include the commercial invoice may result in customs seizure or parcel rejection.

🕒 REFUND APPROVAL

Refunds are processed only when:

✔ item has arrived at our warehouse
✔ passed physical inspection
✔ matches the virtual return check

Return shipping fees are not refundable unless:

• YAGI sent the wrong item

• YAGI sent a defective item

*Final Sale Items
Products marked as “Final Sale”, “Last Chance”, “Clearance”, or otherwise identified as non-returnable are sold at a significantly reduced price and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they are faulty, not as described, or otherwise in breach of your statutory rights.

This exclusion does not affect your legal rights under theConsumer Rights Act 2015. If a Final Sale item is faulty or develops a fault within a reasonable period, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Change-of-mind returns, including requests for different sizes, colours, or styles, are not accepted on Final Sale items.

By completing a purchase of a Final Sale item, you acknowledge and agree that the item is non-returnable except where required by law.
