Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your YAGI pieces.
While all sales are final, returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if your item meets the following conditions:

• ✔️ Unworn

• ✔️ Unwashed

• ✔️ Original packaging intact

• ✔️ Free from makeup, tan, perfume, or damage

❌ Returns outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.
⚠️ Items failing our quality check cannot be refunded or exchanged.

VIRTUAL QUALITY CHECK (Required)

All returns must pass our Virtual Quality Check before approval. Please upload:

1. A full image of the item in its unworn condition.

2. A clear image of the security tag attached.

3. A dated photo with today’s date written on paper next to the item (or a time-stamped photo).

🚫 Returns without these images cannot be processed.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

🌍 UK & INTERNATIONAL

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Once approved, we’ll send you the return address.

• Clearly label your parcel with your Full Name and Order Number.

✈️ INTERNATIONAL (Non-UK)

• Customs & duties must be prepaid.

• Unpaid duties may result in the parcel being returned.

• International exchanges are not accepted.

• Do not ship items without approval — untracked parcels may be refused.

🇬🇧 UK RETURNS

Once approved:

• We’ll provide the return address.

• Ship using your preferred courier.

• Include your name and order number clearly on the parcel.

FINAL NOTES

• Returns are reviewed within 2–3 business days after virtual check approval.

• Refunds/exchanges are issued only after physical inspection.

• Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or an error occurred on our end.
