SIZING ENQUIRIES
For assistance with sizing, and fit enquiries, please email pa@y-gi.com, as we understand clothes fit differently on different individuals.
EXCHANGES
All sales are final, on the rare occasion you need to exchange sizing within 14 days, please ensure item was not worn, has no soiling, or damage.

Any item that does not pass Quality check, will be automatically shipped back and Exchange request cancelled
RETURNS
On the rare occasion you require a Return within 14 days of purchase, we have a rigorous Return Process to ensure that the item is completely untouched, unaltered and unworn, due to safety and hygiene purposes.

Please note, you are responsible for Return costs, we recommend sending via Tracked service to ensure smooth delivery back.

Please note Refunds/Exchanges outside of 14 days cannot be processed. People who purchased within Black Friday/Christmas have 30 Days to Return/Exchange.
