You may request a return of eligible items within 14 days of delivery, if they are:

✔ free from stains, makeup, tan, deodorant, perfume
✔ returns requested through the Returns Portal
✔ security tags intact
❗ FINAL SALE ITEMS — including all Black Friday / Cyber Monday purchases — are not returnable

All international returns must use a prepaid DHL return label.
This ensures:

Refunds are processed only when:

Return shipping fees are not refundable unless:
